Rent is astronomical without any improvements whatsoever. Left without heat in the entire building, for 5 days last winter. On day 4 (I think) we were provided heaters. Constantly leaving private papers at our door without an envelope!! (I have addressed this many times before (including today!) They "encourage" us to tatlet

We have lived in our apartment for 10 years and have enjoyed it. Staff have always been polite, friendly and accommodating. Cristina at the main office is amazing. Whenever we have had need to call for an issue, response time has been very prompt and the staff responding have been very helpful and friendly. From Cristina at the main office who is a rock star, to the employees that fix any issues and always with a smile, to the lovely ladies that clean our building and always greet everyone, we cannot say enough good things about Panoramic Properties. I have lived with this company for 8+ years. The state of our parking lot is abysmal. Looks like the surface of the moon. Pot holes everywhere, with absolutely no fix, but filling them with gravel every spring, only to have the gravel spread throughout the parking lot a month later, exposing the massive pot holes once again. I completely lost hope when they painted new lines in the parking lot without repaving prior to doing so. And of course, the worst of it is right behind my parking spot, where I have to drive in and out of everyday-literally impossible to avoid. I would bet the tires on my 6month old car are completely shot. The dumpsters are a whole other issue as well. Every week they’re over flowing, attracting rats and skunks (have seen many) outside the dumpster, having the time of their life. Disgusting. Not to mention I now have rats attempting to find shelter under my newly poured patio (backyard). I am a very clean person and this has nothing to do with cleanliness on my end, and do not leave any garbage outdoors whatsoever. They also love to wait until the grass has grown to your knees (or someone calls and complains) before they decide to have a company come and cut the grass. Isn’t this basic, on going maintence? I do want to add that the maintence employees are always kind.
