Palms Shawarma & Mediterranean Cafe

I placed an online order to try the food. The estimated wait time was 15–20 minutes, but then it was changed to 40 minutes. I called the store to cancel the order, but she didn’t cancel it. I tried calling multiple times after that with no answer. I decided to go to the store anyway since there were only about 10 minutes left. When I arrived, she said it would take another 10 minutes. I waited, but nothing was happening. The only thing working hard was the microwave heating the food. The place was filled with smoke, and the exhaust wasn’t working. What a way to start New Year’s Day.

I had an awesome experience here! From the moment I walked in, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and they took the time to make sure everything was just right. The shawarma was flavorful and juicy, with fresh toppings and perfectly warm pita — truly one of the best I’ve had in Niagara Falls. The portions were generous and satisfying, falafel was delicious too. I also appreciated how affordable everything was for the quality and quantity you get. This place really delivers on taste, service, and value. Highly recommended — I’ll definitely be back!

Pleasant atmosphere the customers service was great beyond what we expect, MUST GO THROUGH THE BILL BEFORE YOU PAY! We were served by OMAR very polite and friendly gentleman 😍

Great Syrian/Mediterranean food, great service. The owner was very polite and an amazing host. He prepares all dishes on spot, fresh and yummy. We had the chicken shawarma platter and falafel platter, they were the best - taste, plating, portion. We were truly pampered for our anniversary. Highly recommended.
