I’ve been a tenant at the Palazzo Beauty Suites for 2 years now and I have to say I am delighted to be running my tattoo business there! The suites and space itself are super clean and well maintained. I love that there is 24/7 access as well as a secure check-in system which allows me to feel safe in my own studio, even after hours. I also love the fact that there is free Wi-Fi provided for both tenants and our guests, as well as the ability to decorate our suites as we like. If you’re looking to get started with a business, I’d 100% recommend Palazzo Beauty Suites. The community in itself has allowed me to get more clients through recommendations, and most importantly, make some great connections and friendships.

I absolutely love renting this suite! It has everything you need — a chair, sink, and mirror all set up in a clean and beautifully designed space that makes your work feel elevated. The added bonus of on-site laundry makes it incredibly convenient, and the overall atmosphere is perfect for creating an amazing experience for guests. The flexibility and easy access are truly unmatched. Everything is taken care of for you, so you can just show up and focus on your clients. It’s a seamless, stress-free setup that I’d recommend to any beauty or wellness professional looking for a top-tier rental space!

I’ve been renting a suite inside Palazzo Beauty Suites for a year now and it was the best decision I could have made. It’s a super safe and secure building where I can work as early or late as I would like. It’s always kept super clean and having laundry onsite is key. If anything need to be fixed they are on top of it so quickly. It’s also great being in a plaza since there is ample parking for all of my clients, which they really appreciate. It’s amazing having all beauty businesses inside and even though we are all independent, there’s still such a great community between everyone.

We love our suites at Palazzo Beauty Suites! The secure building is perfect those that work early/late. Our clients enjoy how secure it is also. Laundry on site is such an added feature and the kitchen area is perfect for those busy days and small in between breaks!
