Palace Nails

I've gone tw9ce beciase it's so conveniently located to me, and I thought the 2nd time would be better, but it was even worse. Run down and dirty. Not a lot of colours to select from. When the man was working on my pedicure he was constantly hurting me. It was awful. When she took over for him it was better, but I don't recommend this salon. Neither visit did I get the colour unwanted beciase she insisted on doing shellac so it would dry faster. Very bad experience. Unhappy with service and I won't try it again.

Been going to palace nails since they opened in 2003. Will not go elsewhere. No comparisons. The free hand designs are very impressive. Love this place.

I am a client who has been coming herw since i was 14 years old. I have brought my daughter in to get a full set with french tip she argued with me and told me her nails were very nice. My daughter did not like the air brush design as tje color came out very light. We agreed on a price with one very tiny airbush L an i mean very small and it was a 5 dollar extra charge i let it go thats fine. As she charges me 5 dollars extra for design. She told me its extra to do french tip by hand as i told her your airbrusy is not working she said dont worry ill paint it. Than i told her her friend she brought does not like her airbrush either its showing to light she proceeds to argue get loud with me than took her friend and forced her to walk over to another client pushed her hands in the other clients face and asked her if this was nice. That is not policy forcing a child to walk over to another client making both children uncomfortable. While yelling the whole time. I would advise you to not come to this place for your peace of mind. They are a run down salon with next to nothing nice to do your nails.lile i said im a client since young however i do manicures and pedicures with basic shellac nothing fancy. This is not the place nor the service you want.

Worst place ever!! Don’t go there very rude staff the old lady with her husband & working with very cheap products! I had full set shellac & pedicure shellac bad quality l never had 2 days my nails Broke one after the other due to the bad quality product that was used … I showed her a picture of what l want at first & ask for the prices at the end she give me totally different prices she charge me 160$ do poor pedicure & bad broken nails ☹️ after 2 days l didn’t want make a big deal l just ask her why she started screaming that the Tax thats the Tax l felt really uncomfortable because it was not professional at all l pay & left never 👎 again stay AWAY from there so you Don’t have to waste your money & Time Bad Place …..! I Don’t know who’s giving this stars ⭐️ in reviews must be Fake if l can give -0 stars that will be more than what they deserve.
