Where do I start? One of the most amazing places I’ve been. The atmosphere, the lovely and amazing tech’s waiting so patiently to take care of you, and how great of a job they do. I go there for my underarms and I’ve had the best experience. I’m already starting to see a huge difference with hair growth, sweat production and NO more irritation from shaving my underarms. I have the pleasure of working with Jerry on my laser journey. He’s so happy to be doing what he is doing. Always upbeat, smiling and the absolute sweetest. Even from the very first call after inputting my email and number in the website to get started. He’s an absolute gem. I’ve got the chance to meet a few of the other tech’s and they’re all so sweet. I visited Pain Free Laser and chose the Alma Hybrid, the only CO 2 laser of its kind in Niagara Falls. Jerry's unique and customized "Phoenix Facial" (combining the Hybrid and Harmony) did WONDERS! I had about a one-week downtime for my face, and the results were incredible—my skin looked flawless a week later. I also had the Soprano Titanium Special Edition for my fine facial hair and was amazed to walk out with zero pain or redness from that session. The white-glove service and Jerry's amazing conversation make this clinic a must-visit. I also noticed the Red Light Therapy capsule in the clinic, showing they truly have cutting-edge technology for every skin concern.
