Excellent customer service very friendly so happy with my nails

It was my first time at Pacific nails and I had an amazing experience. My lash tech was the one who recommended this place as she has been to almost all the nails salon in Welland and she said that Pacific is the only place that satisfied her. I was very happy with my nails! Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

My Mom and I went a few weeks ago for a belated Mother's Day mani/pedi and WOW! My Mom was right when she said this was THE BEST place to go! I've been to a lot of nail salons all over Toronto, but none of them compare to Pacific Nails! The staff were friendly, I had someone massaging my hands AND my feet at the same time (we're talking about real massage skills, no one was dialing it in here!), and after having a horrible accident last summer that damaged two of my toenails the man who worked on the feet made them look beautiful for the first time in a very long time! THANK YOU!

I visited Pacific Nails & Spa on Thursday, November 21st for a 3:45 appointment. I was running late due to traffic, so I called ahead and was told it was fine to come. Upon arrival, I wasn’t greeted—just stared at—and was told to sit. The man doing my nails was quite rough with the drill, despite me politely asking him to go lighter as my nails are very thin. While we made small talk and I complimented his shaping skills, things took a turn when he started applying the acrylic. It was messy, dripping over my fingers and down the sides. After two fingers, I asked if someone else could take over, explaining that I was already late and wasn’t happy with the quality. A girl took over, but the situation worsened. The tools being used didn’t seem clean, and the whole place had poor hygiene. I finally asked to speak to the owner, expressing concern about the service and wondering why only trainees seemed to be working. At that point, I was told to leave. As I was gathering my things, the man thought I’d taken a picture of him, though I was only photographing my nails to show the poor quality. He then locked the door, refusing to let me leave the spa. I even offered to pay for the unfinished service, but he blocked the door and wouldn’t let me out. It escalated further—he physically shoved me away from the door every time I tried to leave. I had to call the police. The man even chased me into the back area of the spa as I tried to escape out the back exit. After a tense back-and-forth, I finally got away, and the police arrived to handle the situation. To anyone considering this place, especially if you have teenage girls, please think twice. The lack of hygiene and how I was treated were beyond unacceptable.

They did an amazing job! They took me as a walk in after work on a Friday evening, and did a full set of biogel nails for me. Then this girl does a few designs for me. I'm not a fan of red but still wanted some Xmas designs. So I chose a gorgeous sparkly purple and proceed to watch this incredibly talented girl free hand a few designs that I chose off of pinterest! She just had a small paint brush and my mind was blown at just how steady her hand has to be to pull this off. I wound up with these gorgeous nails which have not given me any issues as of yet. I'll update if I have any issues with them. As of right now I would absolutely recommend stopping by. Definitely worth the money!
