Benjamin is absolutely incredible. During a snowstorm, he literally left his home to come help us fix our furnace and make sure we had heat. That alone says everything about his character. He is extremely kind, professional, knowledgeable, and honest. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the job was done properly. You can tell he truly cares about his customers and their safety. I can’t recommend Benjamin enough this is the kind of service you rarely see anymore. Thank you again!

I hired Ozone Climate to replace a very old Heat Recovery Ventilator (HRV) with a modern, energy-efficient Energy Recovery Unit (ERV). Overall, I was very happy with the quality of the work, the communication from Ben leading up to the work, and the price was, in my estimation, fair market value. I would hire Ozone Climate again, for sure.

Benjamin and Dimitri came recommended by a close family member who recently got an Over the range microwave with all ducting installed at their townhouse. So when we had to get the same thing done at our place, we contacted them with no hesitation. They quickly assessed what needed to be done once they arrived, and in the course of 6 hours, entirely upgraded/replaced our 4-inch duct with a 6-inch duct as well as installed our Over the Range Microwave with precision. Friendly service, properly done work and they cleaned up after ensuring all our questions were answered before they left. We have no hesitation in recommending them for any HVAC related work.

So happy I found Ben and the guys. Great company if you want to keep your system running smoothly. They're definitely more thorough than the typical big name HVAC maintenance companies. They immediately found problems that others had completely overlooked. They got my humidifier working again, did a proper maintenance on my furnace, and even swapped out a faulty part on my air conditioner. They know a ton about filtration and clean air and humidity. I’m so happy that Ben and Dimitri finally started their own company. These guys are top-notch. They handled maintenance on both our furnace and AC with real professionalism. We had an issue with our humidifier leaking, and they quickly diagnosed and fixed it. On top of that, our air conditioner had this random problem where it wouldn’t turn on sometimes, and they got to the bottom of that too. Everything is working perfectly now.
