Our wedding was perfection in every way and it was largely due to the team at Ovation! Everyone raved about how fun the wedding was, how amazing the food was, how great the servers and the bartenders were! All in all it was fantastic! Jolene as well was incredible at managing the timeline and day, and answering all the questions I had leading up to the day! I had done an endless amount of venue research prior to booking with ovation and am SO incredibly happy I went with them.

Our wedding at Ovation Ballroom was absolutely perfect from start to finish! The venue itself is stunning — both inside and out — and honestly didn’t need much décor because it’s already so beautiful. Our ceremony was simple yet elegant, and everything flowed seamlessly from the ceremony to the cocktail hour and reception. Everything ran right on schedule, which made the day stress-free and enjoyable. A huge thank-you to Jolene, our amazing event coordinator! She was kind, professional, and incredibly organized. Jolene really listens to her clients and pays close attention to every detail. She took our “happily ever after” vision and turned it into reality. Her calm, friendly personality made the entire planning process and wedding day so smooth and enjoyable. The food was absolutely delicious — our guests couldn’t stop talking about it! The staff was attentive, friendly, and kept everything running perfectly. We are so grateful to Jolene and the entire Ovation Ballroom team for giving us the wedding of our dreams. The Ovation Ballroom itself is stunning; elegant, spacious, and perfectly run, but it’s Jolene who truly makes it shine. She made our entire experience feel so personal and seamless, and we’ll forever be grateful for how she turned our dream day into reality. We had the absolute best experience at Ovation Ballroom. The food was incredible—all of our guests couldn’t stop raving about how delicious everything was, even the harder to please guests were impressed. The servers were attentive and on top of everything during both the hors d’oeuvres and dinner service. The bartenders kept the drinks flowing and brought such great energy to the night. I have to give a special shoutout to Jolene, who was hands down the BEST wedding coordinator/manager I could have ever asked for. Her goal from day one was to make our day perfect, and she absolutely delivered. Her attention to detail, along with John’s support, made everything run flawlessly. They even went above and beyond by accommodating a special dinner for my sick mother the day before the wedding—without hesitation or hassle. The outdoor ceremony space was absolutely stunning and truly felt like a dream come to life. I can’t thank the team enough for making our day so magical. If you’re considering this venue—don’t think twice. They will make your wedding unforgettable!

The most amazing Venue! We had our wedding at the Ovation Ballroom on May 24, 2025 and it was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The venue itself is stunning—elegant, romantic, and beautifully maintained. The ceremony space, bar and reception area were exactly what we envisioned—spacious, beautifully lit, and ideal for dining and dancing. The ceremony plan had to change last minute due to weather but they didn’t hesitate to have a backup plan and even offered another one of their venues (Rodman Hall) for additional photos. They made sure that our vision came to life. A special thank you to Jolene for going above and beyond to make our day stress-free and unforgettable. Everything ran smoothly, and we truly felt like we were in the best hands. If you’re looking for a venue that combines beautiful location with exceptional food and outstanding service, we can’t recommend the Ovation enough. It was everything we dreamed of and more!
