Went for our anniversary dinner because we had gift cards, first mistake. I ordered an 8oz and my fiancé ordered an 11oz steak. His was cooked MOSTLY fine while mine was fully raw on the inside. I sent it back and when it was brought out again, it was still raw. The photo is from after I sent it back! This place is straight up dangerous and we watched this happen to four other tables. The service was ok at best but very understaffed. I’ll be shocked if this location is still open in a year.
View on GoogleDon't bother coming here. Came in for the happy hour expecting a decent casual bite, but the experience was disappointing overall. The food was very greasy and nothing really stood out. The wings were smaller than expected, the shrimp was bland, and everything tasted pretty generic. It felt more like heavy bar food than something you’d go out of your way for. Service was also slow and unfriendly, even though the restaurant was mostly empty at the time. The biggest issue was the 10% NFDF “tourism fee” added to the bill. I asked for it to be removed, but the staff refused. This isn’t a government tax, and customers should have the option to decline it. That left a pretty sour impression at the end of the meal. Also worth noting: the nearby hotel no longer validates parking for this location, even though it’s still implied in some places. Overall, nothing terrible, but nothing worth coming back for either—especially with the extra fee and poor service.
View on GoogleOne of the best sweet potatoes fries I have had. The food was yummy with great atmosphere. Our visit was during off-season We used a $30 coupon from our hotel ( hotel provided coupons for other restaurants) - note coupon is valid if you order 2 entrees. This is not a turn off of because it was plenty of food but the coleslaw wasn't great. Definitely worth trying this place. If you are visiting during the busy season your experience is likely to differ.
View on GoogleGreat service! Food is above average as a restaurant in the tourist area. Good for family as well as group. Free parking for 2 hours with restaurant receipt, validated with Niagara Falls Hotel & Suites front desk. Costco has outback gift card $80=100 value, $70=100 if on sale. Don’t forget to request admin fee taken off with proof of Niagara residence(we’ve paid our property tax)😃Present receipt for FREE Mirror Maze @ Fun Zone 6455 Fallsview Blvd.
View on GoogleGreat service, but the prices are eye-watering compared to the quality. Like buying a Civic at a Porsche price. That’s Niagara Falls baby - go win it back at the casino. Steak was below average quality and the vegetables were cafeteria-esque. However, I honestly loved the blooming onion, which I had never tried before - I think next time I’ll stick with just that.
