I cannot say enough good things about Dr Ostrowski and his staff. Kind, compassionate, professional and damn good at their jobs. He’s done 1 hip, 1 knee and currently in queue for next knee. Hopefully on a cancellation. They’re amazing at orchestrating a booking , pre op clinic and surgery within a week. He’s helping me stay mobile

To all who read this . Dr Ostrowski has clearly mastered his skill as a orthopedic sugeron . And as a leader of people . The O.R staff treated me with thier own mastered skills applied with compassion and kindness . The recovery floor nurses and staff as well need to be complemented on thier care . His office ladies are made of steel and diamonds I owe them both a debt of gratitude and kindness for what they deal with we all would be on the edge . If your lucky enough to have these people on your side then you have won the medical lottery. I'm so grateful!!!.

I met Dr Ostrowski through the Fracture clinic at the Niagara Falls hospital. He was very personable and patiently answered any questions I had. I had a broken arm but when I went for the 2 week follow up appointment I had mentioned that I had also hurt my knee in the fall and how it was still bothering me. He sent me for an X-ray and told me he would call if there was a problem because I had to get to work and couldn’t wait for the results. The knee was fine but he still took time out of his busy day to call me personally and let me know. You don’t often get personal touches like that anymore.

Update: My son Cole broke his collar bone last Oct at football practice. And he had to have surgery, plate and screws. His first injury ever at age 15. Dr Ostrowski was awesome, he put my son including me at ease. Dr Ostrowski was fantastic answering our questions and what to expect . All went good, except getting my son to give it time. He just wanted to be back at football and the gym. He started at end of January practicing lightly for Niagara Spears U16 first string half back. They won the championships. Dr Ostrowski Cole wanted me to send this to you. He said to say thank you !! He feels great.

I have been dealing with Dr. Ostrowski for over 20 years. He has done 3 scopes on my knee and now a replacement, he also did my wrist as well my daughters knee. He is a great doctor. Professional and has a good bedside manner. He listens to his patient and works with them on their medical plan of action. Highly recommend him.
