To begin with, a philly oz-box was asked for, four times. Then was given a ~20$ chicken swarma oz-box that is 5% chicken, 40% rice, 40% lettuce, 5% croutons. No cucumbers or tomatoes or anything was given on the lettuce as pictured. Why is there no pickled onion/turnip or anything at all on there? I guess "everything on it" means lettuce and croutons, with a random cold piece of beef that was buried in it, from who knows how many hours ago. Also asked for it to be hot on the spicy level, and it was not whatsoever. Nobody says hi when you walk in, until they're ready to take your order. Tables are clean. EDIT to reply to owners response- Saying sorry that the experience wasn't perfect is humerous. I didn't even mention that the second wrap-box was BEEF when chicken was asked for! Nothing about the experience could be resolved by contacting that link. The problems are clearly stated.

Good staffs and great service. My friends and I visit late night and the staffs were super friendly and helpful. Shout out to Aman who nicely prepared our foods. Thank you

Osmow’s has always been one of my favourite places to eat Shawarma, so I decided to take advantage of Shawarma Day and ordered six wraps for my family. I completely understand it was a very busy day, but unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service. My order number was 346, and it was never called. I politely approached the counter twice to ask if my number had been called, since I’d been waiting for quite a while and thought maybe I hadn’t heard it. The girl at the counter looked at me with attitude and replied coldly that no, I had to wait, and told me in a rude way to go sit down. After waiting for over an hour, a man —who I believe was the manager or the owner— kindly came to ask what was going on. I explained the situation, and he very politely apologized and said he would have my order made right away. However, when he asked the same girl to prepare my food, she refused and acted very unprofessionally in front of everyone. Thankfully, another employee stepped in and kindly prepared my order. The manager came back to apologize once again and offered me a complimentary Shawarma plate for the unpleasant experience, which I truly appreciated. Still, it was very disappointing to have to go through something like that. It’s unfortunate when one person’s bad attitude overshadows the effort of others who do try to provide good service. At no point did I raise my voice or act negatively —I was simply waiting patiently and speaking with respect— yet the employee treated me with clear hostility, which others around also noticed. I still believe Osmow’s serves some of the best Shawarma in town, but I really hope they reinforce the importance of respect and professionalism when dealing with customers, even on the busiest days.

Even when they're overwhelmingly busy, the staff never fails to be friendly, fast, courteous and the food is always delicious. In and out in less than 15 minutes despite there being 20+ people waiting for their orders. Thanks for being my comfort food!

Wish I read the more recent reviews before bringing my business. $60 wasted. I'm so disappointed 😞 Rice is hard, cold and flavorless, Shawarma was literally empty. Just the front had meat. Beef was really terrible. How do you get so much wrong? The only half decent item was the taste of the Greek salad. The brown lettuce was not pleasant to look at. Never again.
