I went on there on Christmas eve. It was a lil busy i acknowledge, they gave us very little quantity for chicken on the stix. A few fries with a little chicken. Very disappointed for a meal of $12. Try to avoid this particular stop

The shawarma I got wasnt good. Hire ups from osmows should do a surprised visit to this location. Osmows is really good, I love the food but this location something is off compared to the other stores. If you want osmows, go to the st Catherine's location. It's way better. The Niagara location.... like why does my pita taste like a hint of motor oil. Also the veggies they put in my shawarma taste off like a rotten expired taste. Thats very alarming. Higher ups please check on this stores quality. Food is concerning

I had an amazing experience at Osmow’s! The food was absolutely delicious — fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The shawarma was juicy and tender, the sauces were rich and tasty, and everything was served hot and fresh. A big shoutout to Surbi for her outstanding customer service! She was welcoming, polite, and very attentive throughout my visit. She patiently helped me choose the best meal options and made sure everything was just right. It’s always nice to be greeted with such kindness and professionalism. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, and the service was quick even during the busy hours. Overall, it was a wonderful dining experience — great food, great atmosphere, and excellent service. Highly recommend this Osmow’s location! I’ll definitely be coming back soon. 🥙✨

I had a really disappointing and concerning experience at this location with the female staff. First, even though we placed our order clearly, the girl with the hijab entered it incorrectly and then charged us again for the difference instead of correcting it. While preparing our food, another employee dropped a container and still used it, which is a huge food safety concern. On top of that, both of our meals were made wrong. We ordered one chicken and one beef, but both were prepared with chicken. Instead of fixing it properly, she simply removed the chicken and put the rice back into the prep container—this raises serious cross-contamination concerns. Even worse, the staff member who was making our order took another guest’s payment while still wearing gloves, then came back and handled our food without changing them. She touched money, then immediately used the same gloves to put lettuce in our salad. I had to ask her to change gloves and remake our order. Finally, we ordered a baklava cheesecake, but the package showed an expiration date of October 2 at 10:47 pm, which means it was expired at the time of purchase. This was a horrible experience overall, both in terms of customer service and food safety. Management needs to take this seriously and contact us.
