For the same watch, I had previously received a costly quote elsewhere to replace the capacitor, but Osborne’s saved me from unnecessary expenses by sharing their expertise. I really appreciate their honesty, professionalism, and integrity—it’s rare to find businesses that truly care about their customers like this. Highly recommended!

I had two rings re-sized here at the end of 2023. Both rings split in the back where they were re-sized, opposite the face. The first one broke by mid-2024, I called the store they said they’d get it fixed for free. But I have moved back to my home country and can’t return to Canada just to do that. The second ring also snapped in the same spot about a month ago. Embarrassing, especially since these were gifts to my mother in law. This shop was a bit cheaper for re-sizing than other places I’d called, now I see why. Wish I’d just spent the few extra bucks for quality worksmanship. Now I get to pay double to get them fixed again instead.

After wearing my wedding band and engagement ring for 25 years it was time to have some repairs done to the engagement ring and have a thorough cleaning for the set. I couldn't believe my eyes when I picked them up. They looked fantastic. I think they looked better than when I first put them on 25 years ago. I would highly recommend them. They were fantastic to deal with and I'm over the top happy with the results. I highly recommend taking your jewelry and watches here for anything you may need.
