This is a review long overdue. I put it upfront: I highly recommend this company! Few months back when my water softener stopped working, I called one company listed on the website of Kinetico. That fellow just came and had a quick look, not even open the control head, and told me to replace the whole system for 4000+ dollars. Repair or replace the control head will be around 1500 and warranty is only 2 years. Then I called Paul Young, the softener guru I would say, from the Original Young's Water and he was recommended to me by another good company with high remarks. Paul came, not once but 4 times so far, to totally clear the fog and worked out the current working system, without replacing the whole system. He opened the control head 3 times to clear out the fine sand and examined my well once. I can tell he really knows what he is doing and he can communicate clearly what was wrong and possible options and what could go wrong in the future and what options available and their pros and cons. It is very enjoyable to work with Paul. He is not only knowledgeable but passionate about what he does and enjoys to see customer's problem get solved properly. The examination of the well and test of my RO filtering system were all advised and offered by him for free or nominal cost. I am glad I have known Paul through these past few months and I learned a lot from him. He even replaced my water heater drain valve for free. I will surely keep his contact information for future use. I will surely recommend him to my neighbors/friends or anyone needs water treatment insights. Last but not least, thank you , Paul, for your passionate dedication to your work! This is a very rare quality these days.

10 stars! Cannot speak highly enough about this company. Paul Young came to my house to help troubleshoot my system. He came over and said he does not want to sell me anything if he can get my system running. He got it up and running and took samples back to get tested. He looked over all my equipment and discussed a plan for the future when I am ready to make the changes we were looking at. I look forward to working with this company for all my water needs in the years to come. I already forwarded his information onto a neighbour. Thanks again Paul.

My Wife & I moved the Pelham and country living a year ago. We called Young’s to inspect our water treatment system. We’ve been nothing short of grateful ever since. Tony is one of the best people and professionals we’ve met. He assessed our current situation while taking into account our future plans.. explained everything thoroughly so we were able to understand the process. Tony & Dillon installed a new system and have helped us out a few times since with any questions or concerns we’ve encountered. I highly recommend Young’s.

The service I received from Young's Water was exceptional; they went above and beyond what was expected. I had almost no hot water flow and I knew the water softener was not working. Enter Tony and Dillon from Young's; not only did they service the water softener and uv system, they also fixed the hot water flow problem and they took the time to instruct my two sons on the general maintenance of our system, including the pressure tank. Considering that they could have taken me to the cleaners and sold me a complete new system (mine is over 25 years old), the bill was more than reasonable. This is the company to call if you have a water problem.
