I had a very disappointing experience with this real estate agent, Megan McNevin. I initially reached out to inquire about viewing a property and had to follow up multiple times over the course of two weeks before receiving a response. After finally hearing back, we scheduled a viewing a week in advance. However, on the morning of the scheduled viewing, the agent cancelled and informed me that an application had been approved for the house. This was extremely frustrating, especially considering I had been trying to arrange a viewing for quite some time. I was never even given the opportunity to view the property or submit an application. Despite my consistent efforts to schedule a showing, the lack of communication and last-minute cancellation meant I was effectively excluded from the process altogether. Clear and timely communication is essential in real estate, where things move quickly. Cancelling a confirmed viewing at the last minute and only then informing a prospective buyer that the property was already spoken for shows a lack of professionalism and consideration. I hope improvements are made in communication and client management so that future clients do not have a similar experience.
