✨ What a gem in Niagara-on-the-Lake! ✨ We were in town for a 2-day girls’ getaway and stumbled upon Optimus Boutique — and we’re so glad we did! The shop may be small, but the selection of stylish, high-quality jewelry is amazing. Each of us ended up buying several pieces — everything is so beautiful and unique, it was impossible to choose just one! The owner is warm and welcoming, and even did a quick necklace adjustment for me right on the spot — done in 5 minutes! If you're in town, don’t miss this place. Highly recommended for anyone who loves beautiful jewelry and great service 💍💫

Beautiful jewelry. I visited yesterday and bought earrings, tried a ring, did not buy it but mistakingly left my ring, a present from my mother, in the store. I called and Iris immediately informed me that she found it and will ship it to me. I told her that this ring is from my mother and that I will drive back to pick it up. Iris suggested to meet me today in a place much closer to where I live do I will not have to drive all the way back to Nigeria on the lake. I am grateful for her kindness. Optimus earned a loyal costumer!

I saw a necklace by the window and wasn’t sure if the store was open. Luckily when I took a second look, I saw the “Open” sign. The lady helping me was very kind and encouraging. She’s very proud of all the jewelry pieces made by Canadian artists. I bought the necklace and she found a new one for me. After I got back to the car, I found the piece wasn’t as good as the window display. So I went back to the store right away. The lady didn’t even give me any hassle and took out the window display piece for me to exchange it. I love the enthusiasm she has about her products in the store and definitely the customer service.

I had a coupe of really great experiences in this store but my last interaction really warrants a great review from me. I was previously in the store before and purchased a blue watch for my boyfriend. Then I went in looking for another gift, and I saw a watch but they did not have it in the color that I wanted. When I got back home, during the week I called them and within one day not only did they have the watch ordered, I actually received it the next day. The watch is so beautiful, I decided to actually keep it and give it to my boyfriend for Christmas. I love this red/orange watch and thank you very much for accommodating and shipping this to me for free.

Wonderful service for Judy and Toto our brindle pug . Great gentle repairs of antique jewelry inherited from 1904. Gorgeous pearls to die for. Up to date styles but dainty and delicate. Trendy but not huge clunky look . Highly recommend this wonderful careful, caring, gentle service. High quality items for sale as well. I would give this 10 out of 10 !
