I just LOVE , LOVE, LOVE Optica Eyewear. I never look forward to finding a new pair of glasses because I can never find anything that I like, so I end up buying something that is just ok. Last weekend, I found this treasure and to my surprise, I found many different frames that I loved. The staff is AMAZING and very friendly. I could have spent all afternoon there just talking. It did not take me long to find two frames that I just had to have. I got a pair of eye glasses (Versace frames) and prescription sun glasses (Swarovski frames) at very reasonable prices. Candy was soooo efficient and knowledgeable about what they carried and my needs. I was surprised to see all the different variety of frames for a small business. I cannot express how happy I am for picking this place. I will be going there every time I need new glasses. I highly recommend them for all your eye needs. If you’re looking for eyewear this is the place to go in Niagara. The main reason I tell anyone I know to go there is because they have the best customer service I’ve found in years. From the minute you walk in you realize they’re not just looking for the sale, they want you to be their customer for years to come. They have an incredible selection of frames and are extremely helpful when it comes to helping you find the pair that best suits you. If you’re in need of an eye exam, they’ve got that covered too with an optometrist visiting their store a couple times a week. I highly recommend Optica Eyewear. I visited several stores in town looking for a new pair of glasses. I had almost given up hope on finding anything I liked when I decided to give this store a try as my last stop. I was pleased to find several contenders and was able to pick perfect frames. They have a great selection and choosing wasn’t easy! The staff are friendly, helpful, supportive and personable. They took ample time with zero sales pressure to make sure that I picked the frame that was right for me and I couldn’t be happier. They made me feel comfortable, like catching up with old friends.
