They have racks of information for travelers and locals in Ontario. Staff are very friendly and helpful. So glad I made the visit.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. When my partner and I got lost and needed directions, they gave us a physical map and printed out a bus schedule. This was so refreshing and eliminated confusion in this digital age. If you’re lost or confused, go here! Bonus: Washrooms are nice and clean. Tons of free pamphlets of things to do in the area and nearby cities. A small souvenir shop as well.

This is a great place to get brochures, maps, and ideas for your next ontario destination. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. There is plenty of free parking, its wheelchair accessible and it's located beside the 420 highway.

I have not been in the Ontario travel information center for many many years, but I had a pleasant experience here. It's January, so it's a quiet travel time, we were the only ones there at this time in the morning on a weekday. There were several staff but the main woman who came out to speak with us was extremely nice and attentive and informative. We were looking for some maps and she was able to supply us with them. A great source of information for people traveling to various attractions in Ontario. They have a small gift shop area as well where you can purchase keychains and plush and things like that if you need gifts. But mostly this is a travel information center. I'm not sure if they can give you information about how the highways are or where the best truck stops are, it's really more to do with consumer/ pleasure/ experiences travel But this is a great place to visit if you need some information. This location is easy to find, if you are coming from America on the highway 420, when you get to the major intersection with Stanley avenue, you will see it right on the right hand corner... Before continuing on to the QEW... Try not to miss it, because there is not another Ontario travel center for a very very long time after this (there used to be one at the base of the skyway bridge before you get to St Catherine's but that one is gone). This is a super safe location, all on its own, and right next to the police station. But if you miss it, then it's difficult to get back to it... There's enough parking here, and there are restrooms.

We reached this place trying to learn anything new we might not have learned during the previous visits: - the staff is very nice and friendly and put at your disposal lots of information, if you need that - clean toilets and the place is very clean too - they confirmed the Niagara falls park Power station is now open besides lots of rather expensive attraction to visit here - they also recommended to stop at the Dufferin islands for watching wildlife, which we did: lots of geese watching over their goslings - one couple had 12 goslings!!!! There are toilets here however parking is a bit expensive bearing in mind you will not stay for 1 hour with so many unruly tourists around.
