Excellent customer service from Robin. Nasal pad was promptly ordered and shipped. Pickup is available, but unfortunately I have shingles and wasn't able to go in person.

Robin was very knowledgable and helpful explaining the functions of the machine and the various masks that were available. She helped me choose a mask and fitted it for me.
