Excellent First Experience — Honest, Skilled, and Very Well Organized This was my first time bringing my commercial equipment to this shop, and I want to highlight how polite, friendly, and well-organized their team is. From the moment I arrived, everything felt professional and straightforward. I fully understood going in that a 100-hour service for a stand-on Toro aerator is naturally a costly service, as this type of commercial equipment requires much more labour, specialized fluids, and parts than a standard mower. However, on top of the scheduled service, there were additional repairs that needed to be completed — and this is where the shop really impressed me. Instead of simply ordering expensive new parts, they actually saved me a lot of money by repairing what could be repaired. A perfect example was a bent shaft that most shops would have replaced outright. They straightened it instead, which saved me hundreds of dollars. Their workmanship, honesty, and attention to detail truly stood out. They are reliable, dependable, and had a fast turnaround on both parts and service. I’m extremely satisfied with my first experience here and will absolutely be returning. Highly recommended for anyone running commercial lawn or turf equipment!

Great place. Great staff. They really care about the clients. One day, they kept the store open an extra 10 mins for me since I was running late and needed a piece for my trimmer, They didn’t have to do that. But someone offered (Lloyd) to stay for me so I could get the piece I needed and do my day of lawn cuts! Highly recommend.

Bought a Stihl gas string trimmer. The staff were great. Very helpful and friendly. They were very knowledgeable about the trimmer and showed me how it works. They filled it up with gas and tested it to make sure it was working ok.

These guys are great to do business with. Fast friendly service always helpful. I rely on Ferd and Ron to keep my fleet of Stihl saws ready to work. Happy to recommend them to friends and family.
