One Stop Fireplace Shop

On November 26th we had you come and clean our fireplace because we were having issues getting it to light. He couldn’t fix it and tore it all apart and someone at the shop would call us to come back and fix it. No one called and left our fireplace all apart. Finally we called to have it put back together and a tech guy came out Dec 18th and he wouldn’t touch the the glass in the fireplace to repair the small price of gasket that had fallen and he couldn’t fix it so he said he’d go back to the shop and find the gasket and the shop would call us to rebook. No call. We called February 11th and the lady would call back shortly after she talked to the tech guy. No call back again! We called Feb 13th again and we will reschedule for Feb 17th and no show! We called February 18th and she scheduled us for March 2nd. We get text March 2nd telling us they are coming March 3rd????? Can someone there get there act together! This has been 4 months, terrible service, would definitely not recommend them at all.

Dave the service tech was awesome. He cleaned my fireplace and serviced it. It looks brand new! So happy with it and it was very reasonable too. If you need your fireplace to be serviced, don’t hesitate to call this company!

We had them out for a pilot light that we couldn’t get restarted. Dave Sinodhinos was awesome, cleaned the entire fireplace and even painted the back. It looks brand new! Showed up on time and was super friendly. Highly recommend. Also - did you know you should have your gas fireplace serviced every year? We do now and will definitely be using One Stop Fireplace Shop!

One Stop Fireplace owner Rob was amazing to deal with. Very personable and friendly. Could tell right way,I was in good hands. Very honest and straightforward man. I ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO TELL YOU, His installer BILL AND GORD WERE THE SUPER STARS OF THE SHOW. They had a very difficult install and made what looked like an impossible installation look very much professional. GREAT GUYS TO DEAL WITH. Super happy. TOP NOTCH ALL THE WAY.

One Stop Fireplace excellent all around experience in store and on service call. Thank you. Dave arrived for the service call. Without my asking he removed his shoes. That in itself was thoughtful. The work he did on the fireplace was first class. The fireplace looks amazing. He took time to explain there was excessive lava rock affecting proper flow. This caused sooting inside and on the exterior stucco wall. He was thorough. No half measures. He cared about doing a good job. Thanks One Stop Fireplace
