Cat was a pleasure to encounter. They let me peruse at my own pace and was readily available to assist when requested. Very friendly and easy to talk to.

Brayden was great assistaning us today with our purchase. He was super friendly and explained the products we were purchasing. Everytime we have gone into this store, we have a great experience. Since moving to Welland, we travel to St. Catharines to purchase our products from this location solely based on the customer service we receive. 👍👍
