I took an engagement ring in to be re-sized. It came out beautiful! Molly was extremely knowledgeable and explained exactly what needed to be done. I highly recommend this location! Ps...and Molly was also easy to talk to and very personable!

Extremely over priced on 14k gold chains. And I'm aware of the price of gold. Went to coins unlimited and paid a reasonable price. Reply I was at the Seaway mall location today. It was open. I'm by no means confused. It appears you are.

Do NOT sell your gold here. I was asked what I wanted for the items I had brought in, i usually go to a different store and have always left happy and didn’t feel the stress like I felt here. I understand the employee is just an associate of their store but she flat out told me that what I was asking for was “way too much” and “she needs to pay her bills too” LOL are you serious? Coins unlimited in Welland is the best possible place to sell any sort of gold to, no nonsense like this place. Steer clear! EDIT: Okay for the first thing, I asked repeatedly what you would offer me for the smaller items and you kept asking me what I wanted and basically made me do my own research while sitting in front of you, and for the second thing, as soon as I told you what I wanted for the second item you visibly panicked about potentially missing out on making money off of me and rambled about having to call for approval from head office. You made the entire interaction extremely awkward and uncomfortable because you don’t know how to speak to customers properly. It says on your website and on the sign outside the store that you have specialists to basically quote gold items for “instant cash” but you had no idea what anything was worth, you only know what % you’d be able to offer knowing that it’s worth more lol. This store is has terrible business practices to begin with, the name changes every year or so but remains owned by the same people. Get a grip, learn how to properly quote gold items if you’re going to offer such services. I literally asked before anything else, what YOU would offer ME for the items and you simply would not give me an answer. You’re a joke. This store is a joke. Can’t wait to see what the name change is next time! 😂
