Omega Nail Salon & Spa

I visited the place 3 times so far hoping they are going to change the tone and the way they talk to people.I asked for acrilic refill today no nail polish but when I told them to not put shellac on, just a protective coat they went on fire and ask me to provide explanations?!. I did as they said first two times and was not ok to do it but I put up with it being a close place to home.The man at the front desk( who I get it's the owner)said first time when I got in "no acrilyc without shellac" with a pitch voice, "this is how we do it here".Today the front desk was yelling at me interrupting a lot, asked the girl who did my nails please do not file my top cause you make my nails short she said" go ahead do it yourself" and many other things I can't write them down the review will get too long.Anyways if it wasn't a snow day I would stand up and leave, I felt embarrassed and more than disappointed.I never been treated like this in a nail salon or anywhere in a spa. I am not encouraging anyone to go there.They speak with each other in their language as soon as you tell them something which means they talk about you, you don't need to know the language to get the body language. With some other customers on the phone they speak nicely sometimes,which means they are having their preferences. Also they are not cheap either. I hope this will be my saloon after moving from another city but I will go somewhere else. If you still want to go I wish you good luck.

Customer service is terrible!!! I brought my 5 year old daughter with me to get her toes painted while I get my nails done. She was so excited! When we walked in, they were all laying on the back chairs and no one even got up. They refused yo paint her toes and said only fingers because the polish takes too long to dry on toes (not shellac)...doesn't it take the same amount of time to dry on fingers? Trying to avoid ruining my daughters first nail salon day, I just allowed them to do her fingers. While we were picking out the colour, the worker said "well" in a way to rush us. There was no one else in there and still 3 hours till closing. While her nails were being painted, my daughter asked the worker "oh. What's that?" About the clear polish. The lady literally looked at her, totally ignored her, finished the polish, set up a fan and walked away! Came back to her 15 mins later, removed the fan, still didn't say a word to either of us, then walked back to lay down again! I'll never return, nor will I recommend anyone to go there.

I’ve been there twice and both times were greeted in a strange manner, they mentioned that it would an extra $5 to remove my nail gel or shellac if it was from somewhere else? I’ve never had that experience before. When I asked to just remove my shellac so I could let them breathe they did and barely filed my nails so I left with sharp unsightly looking nails. I should’ve spoken up at the time but I seriously didn’t think they were finished with me as my hands weren’t presentable. I wish I took a picture. I won’t be going back, which is too bad as it’s within walking distance to my home.

So disappointed in the Customer Service , my 13 year old daughter got her nails done with her older sister. She got a shellac and wanted little ghosts on them. She came home disappointed because the nails were uneven, thick and the paint job was poor. She was too nervous to say something directly to them and by the time she got home they were closed so I couldn't call. I called the next day and they were so rude I asked if they could just even repaint the nails, she refused. I would never recommend this place to anyone!! Shame on them

I went to Omega nail salon and spa to get my nails done. It was my first time and someone recommended them to me. I was blown away. Lily was amazing and did my nails better than I could have even imagined. I believe this is the best my nails have ever looked. I would recommend Omega nails to everyone.
