Unfortunately, I feel like this location has really gone downhill over the past couple of years. I’ve been a loyal Hyundai customer since 2016 when I purchased my first vehicle. When it came time to buy again this past year, I actually considered going with another company — but I chose to trust Hyundai again. Looking back, that feels like a mistake. Over the last few years, every time I’ve gone in for something simple, like an oil change, it somehow turns into a much bigger and much more expensive issue. I’m repeatedly told that multiple repairs are urgently needed, often totaling thousands of dollars. What’s frustrating is that these repairs almost always seem to fall outside of coverage due to “loopholes” in the protection plans. I also find it concerning that when issues are presented to me, they’re described as extremely dangerous and unsafe to drive. However, after speaking with other mechanics and doing my own research, I’ve found that the situation is often not as urgent as it was initially made out to be. That pattern has made it difficult to trust the recommendations I’m given. In the past year alone, I’ve gone in for routine oil changes and left being told I needed $3,000 worth of additional work. Most recently, I purchased a brand-new vehicle less than two months ago, and I’ve already had to deal with repairs. As a long-time customer, this has been incredibly disappointing. I expected better transparency and honesty, especially after choosing to remain loyal to the brand.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Ryan Watton in the past at his former dealer and the attention to detail and customer care is amazing. He will be a fantastic addition to the sales team! I’ll be sure the refer whoever I can there. Even if they need to make the extra 15 mins drive. I’m so stoked to see Ryan moving up in the auto sales world to assistant sales manager, long overdue well deserved!
