Recently transferred ownership of a car to myself from my parents, Joseph did a great job finding insurance that fit my needs & made sure I understood the entirety of the process. Very straightforward, very transparent!

If I could put a negative star, I would. Overpriced and not knowledgeable when dealing with the son who cost me almost 400 dollars to cancel a homeowner policy. It would have been way cheaper to let it run out. I would not recommend these guys to insure a dog house. I was a 20 year customer. Save your money go elsewhere in my opinion

Jeff is great I highly recommend him! I had a former rental property insured through Olsen-Sottile, there great! Further more I had a issue with another one of my rental properties where road construction had compromised my house! Out of 30 or so different insurance companies I spoke to, Jeff was the only agent that could suggest effective way to deal with the issue! Cooperator who currently hold my policy and every one else I spoke to could not provide me the steps needed to rectify the situation- how ever Jeff with in moments provided a suitable solution along with steps to rectify the situation! Not just getting a policy I trust Jeff at Olsen Sottile will actually be there to help when it's needed! Unlike some bigger providers with staff that may not have efficient experience dealing with insurance matters!
