I would like to share my feedback regarding the current night auditor. Unfortunately, my recent experience was not satisfactory. The night auditor who is currently working was unprofessional and did not provide the level of service I expected. In contrast, Arya, who previously worked as a night auditor, was extremely professional, helpful, and respectful. He assisted me a lot during my stay in September, and his service was always excellent. Yesterday night, I visited the hotel because one of my friends is staying there, and I was very disappointed with the behavior of the current night auditor. It made me truly miss Arya’s professionalism and positive attitude. I kindly suggest that management review the performance of the current night auditor and consider making improvements. If possible, I would strongly recommend bringing back Arya or ensuring the same level of professionalism in the night shift staff.
View on GoogleA hotel you must stay at. I booked this hotel because I was looking for a beautiful place that was also pet-friendly—and it exceeded my expectations in every way. The location, the service, and the hotel itself were exactly what I was hoping for. The décor is absolutely gorgeous, perfect for creating special memories, and the bed was pure heaven. Everything felt thoughtful and welcoming. Next time, I’ll definitely be coming back with my family. Highly recommended. 🐾✨
View on GoogleMy husband and I stayed here for 2 nights to celebrate our anniversary. It is an absolutely stunning hotel. As locals we make our way around trying new places every year and this one didn’t disappoint. We told them at booking it was our anniversary and what a beautiful surprise to walk into rose pedals on our bed and a beautiful little note. This time of year the hotel was slower which made it feel all the more special for us. The staff is courteous and eager to help any needs you have. The room was a standard historic with a king bed and fireplace, VERY clean. I wish the little balcony doors opened to let in fresh air, but being a local we understand why they don’t. Great service, Great Stay. Thanks for everything Goldie and Kayton Leslie
View on GoogleMy wife and I stayed here for a two-night getaway over Boxing Day 2025. We usually find our hotel options limited in Niagara Falls because we travel with our 15‑year‑old Jack Russell, but this property is truly dog‑friendly as long as you register your pet at check‑in. The only place dogs aren’t allowed is in the main restaurant. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by very friendly staff. The hotel has so much charm and was beautifully decorated for the holidays, both inside and out. There is a speakeasy downstairs with a beautiful old wood fireplace as well as larger Wood fireplace in the main restaurant that really adds to the atmosphere Our room was very clean ,spacious and cozy. The pool area was well kept, and the water was a nice cool temperature if you enjoy a refreshing swim. It was a nice walk down to the Festival of lights then to the Horseshoe Falls . There is also a Nice clear path to Clifton Hill through a parking lot Just down from the hotel. The food in the restaurant was delicious and clearly well crafted. We did have an issue with our first dinner, but once we brought it to the manager’s attention, he resolved it quickly and professionally. Thank you, Manthan! Overall, we had a wonderful stay with our furry family member. We will definitely be back for our holiday getaway next year! Thank you, everyone, William, Sandy & Chloe 🐶
View on GoogleWe were drawn to this hotel because the website made it look like a fun and unique experience — especially the jingle bar and the domes. Unfortunately, the reality didn’t match the online presentation, and we should have checked reviews first. The hotel rooms are very outdated and really need upgrading. The carpet is extremely worn, the pillows were flat, and no windows opened. The air flow couldn’t be adjusted, which made the room uncomfortable. Before arriving, we learned the pool was closed due to being broken. Then, the day before check-in, we were told the dome dinner was cancelled “because it was too cold,” even though the weather was not that cold. It felt more like a staffing issue. We had been looking forward to sitting in the dome and watching the fireworks. The jingle bar was also disappointing. The website makes it look much larger than it is. We expected live music but there wasn’t any. We ordered the flight of three hot chocolates, which was very expensive for what you get — only 1oz of alcohol total spread across three small cups for $23. We also ordered two appetizers. The fondue cheese itself was good, but the accompaniments were minimal: a little broccoli, a bit of green apple, and a few dry toasted pieces of bread. Overall, the food was overpriced for the quality and portion size. It was nice that parking is right outside of the hotel, but it was expensive, and we felt for the price of the room, it should have been included in the price of the hotel. Despite all of this, we still enjoyed our getaway because we were four friends together in Niagara Falls. The hotel is in a nice location, and the staff — both at the front desk and in housekeeping — were very pleasant. I remember when this hotel was known as a unique place to stay, but unfortunately it’s clear that it needs some attention and upgrades. Would we go again? No. We’ve stayed in much better places for significantly less money.
