Do not' waist your time here. My daughter of 16 bought me a pair of jeans for Christmas. I tryed to return them to day Feb 6th at 530pm . And was told no credit/gift card or refund with a receipt. 42 days after Christmas. I can see why places like this are going out of business at a rapid pace. 20 years buying cloths here for my 3 girls and my self. I will never return. What a joke this place is.

my family and i bought a bunch of clothes at old navy tonight and were helped by the chillest guy ever, dexter completely matched our collective adhd-fueled scrambled vibe and helped us out perfectly. he’s an awesome employee who went out of his way to make us not feel rushed at checkout! thanks:))

Ordered some sweaters they were beautiful, soft exactly as I ordered came very quickly was very pleased with my purchase

Just left the Pen Center and feel totally ripped off. No flannel pjs for men in the entire store. Cs said “they had none.” I found a small rack at the front with 6 bottoms on them with a big clearance sign on the top. All pants were $10.98, so I took 2 checkered pairs to the till. They rang one in and I said “that should be $10.98 not $34.98.” They told me that that one pair in the store is not on clearance, despite being on the clearance rack with all the other ones at $10.98. I bought it, but I will never return!

My 85 yr old step dad Earl fell in the washroom at Old Navy on Dec 24th. We discovered him around noon. Employees were fantastic at helping. One young guy with Glasses and long dark curly hair called for security and they got Earl up with no trouble. My 75 yr old mom and I were looking for him as we lost track of him in the pen center. We're very grateful t the staff for all their help. Earl said he was not hurt. He was okay, said he only hurt his pride. My thanks to the staff for their helpfulness
