Oasis Motel

Good place to stay. Bookings are final, No date changes permitted. Not flexible by any means. So would be great only for last minute sure trips. Early pre bookings are a risk. Walkable distance to Clifton hills. Parking was extra $10. Security refundable deposit of $100. Tried for date change through booking media Expedia, was informed Motel was not responsive to it.

We stayed for 1 night with all big family. It was awesome experience for me. The guy who was in front desk was incredibly nice person. Thank you man. You made our time by being good person.

0 stars if possible as we didnt even get our booked room. last second they asked to update cc information, however the booking still said booked so we reached out and asked them about it at 2 separate emails, to no response. assuming they'd take the card at the counter as everything still said booked, the man at the counter rudely said "we dont have a room for you, its your fault" offering no apology and speaking in a condescending tone. awful service and terrible time lol. not a great looking place anyways, looks much worse in person than in the photos.

I had a very disappointing experience at this motel during my recent stay in Niagara Falls. Unfortunately, one of my pairs of shoes went missing during my time there. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, they acted completely unaware and showed no concern or willingness to help. There was no apology, no investigation, and no effort to make the situation right. I understand that things can happen, but the lack of responsibility and unprofessional behavior from the staff made the situation worse. I do not feel safe or valued as a guest, and I would not recommend staying here to anyone looking for a secure and respectful environment.

Me and my girlfriend stayed here for 2 nights. It was so worth it, when I first got there he came out shook my hand asked how I was and made us feel welcomed. He takes good care of the pool, the rooms and his guests. The location is a 5 minute walk from the falls, so we left the car parked outside the room and were able to walk everywhere without having to worry about driving. This place really just wants you to enjoy the weekend without having to have extra worries and just a fun time!
