Oakwood Park Lodge

Last year do to my brother's declining health I had to make the difficult decision placing him in a Long Term Care Facility after a period of waiting he was accepted at Oakwood Park Lodge in Niagara falls. I want to give the staff a big thank you for all your hard work and dedication it gives families peace of mind their loved ones are safe and very well taken care of.Also thank you very much keeping the line of communication open if issues come up and working with families to resolve the issues and/or come up with a solution.

This place has the best staff. Not the most updated place but it’s so worth the care instead being the best! The staff took care of my grandmother so well ans had interest in her well-being always. Dana and Jenn. (Rest of the staff too) there are so many of you that make the place as great as can be. I want to thank you.

My brother is living at this wonderful place. These nurses are so loving and caring with him they deserve an award. My family couldn't ask for a better place for him for him to spend what little time he has left. Thank you all!

My mother was in Oakwood in February and passed away this week...the care she received here by all the staff is unbelievable...I cant begin to say how grateful my family and I are to these people....we were there everyday for breakfast lunch and supper and we were treated like family...dont let the old building determine whether you put a family member there because the building may be dated but the care from these people is the best...from the housekeeping staff to the laundry people to the nurses, doctors and the caregivers who took care of our mom on a daily basis...the level of compassion was amazing...I would highly recommend this residence to anyone who is looking for a place for their loved one in a heartbeat...I can never thank these people enough for all they did for our beloved mother and us her family....God Bless you all

My Aunt has resided here for many years, and we are more than happy with the managers and the care given to her by all of the staff. We, the family, are always treated with consideration. The staff truly care about the residents and even though the building is older, I feel like the staff make up for the limitations of the building. You can't always judge a book by it's cover.
