Oak Hall

I have been obsessed with Oakes Hall since I was a child. I would ride my bike there several times a year just to peer through the windows and imagine living there. It was always eerily quiet but so beautiful. The view from the back patio is amazing too!

Visited on September 3 2021 - no answer at the doorbell but I managed to catch an employee on her way in to work at the offices. She confirmed that Oak Hall has been closed to the public since the beginning of the pandemic and did not have an idea of when it would reopen. Very sad; I was looking forward to touring! The grounds are beautiful, and the building itself is quite impressive!

It's a shame the city owns this property. With one electrical charging point. Wonder who that's for. A waste in spending. Let private enterprise own and run.

Beautiful, but closed. We were looking for Niagara Parks parking office. One of many dead ends today.

Pretty cool place. Definitely worth the stop
