I had laser which was a good experience but scheduling was always an issue. Online booking not accurate , hours online not accurate. Most appointments I was asked to switch after being booked making it difficult to actually attend appointments. Unfortunately that doesn’t work well for me. I assume going during the week is better than going on Saturday just an fyi

UPDATE: IN LESS THAN 24,HRS, I WAS REFUNDED THE FULL AMOUNT, ALONG WITH FULL ACCOUNTABILITY FOR MY EXPERIENCE. I'M LOOKING FORWARD TO CONTINUING TO USE THEIR SERVICES. Dec 16th/2025 My I.V. NAD+ Vit treatment was booked for 6pm. I was on time I arrived to a dark building the nurse apologized for the lack of light she said she did not know where the switch for the lights was at. The only source of light was Room#1 where we were apparently going to be. Just for the record this was a bad look if this had been a male nurse I would have definitely canceled on the spot. Nurse was lovely, when I booked my treatment I was aware that this was a 2 ,hr treatment. After the 1st hour both myself and the nurse noticed the I.V. still appeared to be full, The confused nurse played around with the dip and close to the 2hr mark the I.V. bag still appeared to be full. The nurse increased the drip again for maybe the 4th time by hour #3, The I.V. bag was at the half way mark however I had to ask the nurse to remove the I.V....I could no longer sit as the building was absolutely FREEZING. DURING THE 3,HRS I HAD MY GLOVES ON, AND MY WINTER COAT WITH MY HOOD OVER MY HEAD AND WAS STILL FREEZING, MY FINGERTIPS WERE STARTING TO TINGLE IT WAS SO COLD IN THERE AND AFTER 3,HRS I COULDN'T TAKE IT. At $175.00 I had saved for this treatment and it was my Christmas gift to myself, and was so disappointed with the entire experience. Please keep in mind I had used their services 3, times prior to this apt and have always been l Pleased with my service and experience. The nurse pretty much knew how to stick the needle in my arm and that was about it. I had alot of questions about the treatment as it wasn't what I normally book because I could not find that option when booking online. I was trying to make sure it was the same treatment thinking they just updated or changed their wording. She knew nothing she googled it and read the same Google info I read, I was looking for some clarity as well as direction to make sure I was getting the same infusion I had previously had. Freezing and leaving almost half a bag of fluid behind I told the nurse I did not feel comfortable paying $175.00 for this service. She offered $25.00 off. I was shocked but agreed honestly I just wanted to get out of there because I was FREEZING, and zi do not suffer from any sort of anemia issues. Its a few hours after my 3, hr half a bag treatment and I do not feel good at all this clearly was not the I.V. treatment that I had previously. UPDATE: After making NURSE aware of my experience. They were extremely prompt in resolving things. In less than 24,hrs I was fully refunded $150.00, also via text & email an apology along with accountability. I would like to send a sincere Thank you this establishment for the handling of my experience. I'm "GenX" we know and appreciate excellent customer service. I understand, sometimes ppl just have an off day. I'm looking forward to returning for my treatment.

Mary was truly helpful beyond words. My mom was dehydrated and feeling terrible. I live far away and she helped me get iv fluids to my mom. She cared for my elderly mom as if she were her own. I am so grateful for her and her service. I highly recommend.

She provided me with information about the procedure, showed me the instruments used for the procedure, prices and potential results. Mary presented as honest, knowledgeable and I felt comfortable asking questions.
