Just watched their meeting with the residents of welland. They were disingenuous during their presentation and even tried to hide its 3, 25 story towers. As a Niagara based company they know 822 parking spots for 1200 residents isn't workable in Niagara. Not all business is good business and NPG should have said no to the developer that shall not be named. Thier words, not mine.

NPG planning solutions is representing three 25 story towers in a residential area of welland. Their presenters didn't answer any questions and were very condescending to the welland residents at the public information meeting. Based on my observations of NPG I wouldn't recommend using this company as they don't represent the best interest of the region.
