Sharon was absolutely wonderful at my Botox appointment at NP Medical. It was my first time seeing her and she immediately made me feel comfortable. She was kind, informative, and took the time to clearly explain the whole process and what to expect. I really appreciated how patient she was with my questions. I’ll definitely be back!

The team at NP Medical Niagara are amazing. 10/10 across the board. Katie did a radiofrequency microneedling treatment for my eyes and I am so excited to see the results. Lauren is so gentle and always gives me the natural results I want. THE BEST.

Lauren and her team are extremely well educated in the aesthetics field and very professional. I have had the pleasure of having a work and client relationship with NP medical. I met the team through business dealings and then developed a friendship with the staff. With all of the clinics I have had the pleasure to visit throughout the years I could have chosen anyone to do my treatments and I chose NP medical. I felt completely at ease , trusting ,comfortable and in good hands. There is always a chance of complications know matter what you do but with the depth of knowledge and constant training and education they take I had no worries at all. My most recent treatment was the Moxi laser. I have had injectable’s and other laser type treatments done with Lauren and her team. I can’t wait to share my before and after photos with this most recent treatment , I already feel a boost in confidence with the outcome of the treatment thus far. I am 56 this month and my skin is already looking smoother , tighter ( thank goodness ) brighter and just overall youthful looking. If your on the fence about a pick me up to boost your confidence, looking for a more youthful appearance but have concerns about taking the leap into your personal aesthetics journey go and meet them you won’t be disappointed . I went to NP Medical in Fonthill for the first time in December and had a great experience. I booked a facial with Katie and loved it. Katie was welcoming and easy to chat with, talking me through each step of the treatment. She was very knowledgeable about skin care and took her time discussing my skin's needs. The clinic is clean and has a nice vibe with drinks and coffee available. My skin looked very happy after this treatment and my family noticed my glow. I'll definitely be back!
