Northern Touch Truck Wash of Fort Erie, ON

I was parked near the truck wash. An employee came out and rudely barked at me because he felt I was too close. Of course I wasn't too close, I had made sure of that. Basically treating me, a potential customer, like a dog. I do get my trucks washed at Northern Touch, often in Cornwall, but I have had my rig washed at the place in Fort Erie. Even though getting my truck washed in the USA is cheaper, they do a better job and they are always very very cordial, I still frequent the Canadian wash bays out of a sense of loyalty. So, I pay more, get a mediocre job done and now get barked at in Canada all out of some crazy sense of loyalty. Well no more. I will never get any of my trucks wash at Northern Touch, Fort Erie again. To the young rude barking man with the long beard, I say this, grow some manners. You will go farther in life. Trust me!

Had very bad experience with truck wash, they still left dirt at the back of my truck as shown in picture, when i ask them to remove this, they started telling me that they can’t remove it, its not a detailing shop. It can be easily removed with brushing it properly (Think before coming here). I always get them cleaned whenever i get a wash from becon blue truck wash. Better to avoid them. They charged me $110 and still left this shit on my truck.

Great place to have my cargo van washed in the winter. Always quick and professional. I always get the rainx finish. Highly recommend this place. Good location also. Want your work truck to last.... Gotta get that road grim off Quick and easy at Northern Touch.

These guys here always do a good job and make sure it’s clean before it leaves their place. Fair priced. They changed their hours so no longer 24hrs but still open early till late most days.
