I didn’t end up placing an order with Northern Patio, only because the shipping of the aqua Sunbrella fabric I wanted could not be shipped immediately but I wanted to leave a review about the online service I had received. John D was the first person who responded to my email request for quote out of 4 different companies that I contacted. He provided all the answers to my questions and continued with immediate responses to any further questions I had. The prices at Northern Patio were very similar to the company I purchased from, who was able to ship the fabric the same week. In the future if I have any outdoor needs for what Northern Patio provides I will definitely reach out to them again because the customer service I received was top notch. Spectacular! Found this company while looking for custom made cushions on Google. Mike was very prompt to reply to all my inquiries. He mailed us a few color samples which arrived quickly. He patiently waited while my wife kept changing her mind and he was easy to work with. We purchased a custom cushion for a bench and for a oversized double chaise. We also ordered a few matching pillows. We received the order as expected and ahead of schedule. The authentic Sunbrella fabric is beautiful and very comfortable. Great price, wonderful service.
