Very excellent service with them for many years now! we have had mobility equipment installed and maintained in two vans and have now purchase a handicap van from them. They really take care of you and are very fair, reasonable and courteous. Great people to deal with and Carrie Anne is very courteous and attentive to your needs.

I have a very high opinion of Kevin. Went above and beyond for my family when the need for a conversion van on a budget arose. Went as far as taking the van to St Catharines to make sure it would work for my uncle's powered wheelchair and showed my aunt how to load and secure the chair in the van. Even dropped off the snow tires and removable front seat and put them into her shed for her. Seems like a genuinely caring person who was very helpful during a difficult time

Kevin and the staff at Northend Mobility went out of their way to help my family when my father fell ill and his mobility declined. Whether it was with our car, accessing our house or inside our house, they always offered great options, provided amazing service and, above all, were compassionate and caring during a very difficult time.
