I called and asked if there are no issues with the car I was interested in and that I am coming from far distance (150 KM), I said I don't want to waste my time and money. I was told: there were no issues with the car, pictures looked amazing. I drove 150 km one way to find out that the car was painted top and some parts underneath making impression there is no rust on a car. Advise: when you plan to buy a car - ask if the car was painted and what elements shown on a picture were painted, rust is one of the most important things to look for (especially parts under the car). On top of it, there was an issue with the airbag but that was to be taken care of by dealership (but I was not told about it before coming).

Mike has been my trusty mechanic for years now, never disappoints and I trust him with my vehicle. Great selection of vehicles every time I'm there.. Would highly suggest Norm's Dain City Auto and Mike the mechanic!

My experience with Norm's has always been a good one. Also in reference to a review about Mike the Mechanic being his son. Is 100% false. I've known these guys for quite some time... both of them are outstanding members of our community. You don't survive as long as Norm has in Car Sales without having an excellent reputation.

Norm's has been in business for years, because of their honesty, value, customer service and great reputation. Ask anyone in the community and you will hear the same. I have purchased vehicles from them in the past with never a problem. Each vehicle is inspected carefully. They pride themselves on a good quality for a fair price. I would recommend to anyone.
