Noodlebox

This was my first time having Noodlebox. I was really looking forward to it. I got the spicy peanut noodle box, the flavours were excellent but I did not like that they cut up the noodles when they cooked them. The noodles were hokkien noodles and I just expected them to be in one piece and be firm, not mushy. They did have a good deal for rewards members which was $5 off every Thursday plus I got 20% off for being a new customer. I found that portions were also very good. Glad I tried it, but it was not for me. Update: I was given some points for $10 off from customer service to try Noodlebox again after my first review. I tried the sweet and sour noodlebox with crispy chicken. I wasn't happy with the flavour and the chicken was soggy as were the noodles. I won't be back.

Amazing flavour and great service. I found this place online and was really impressed. The food was full of flavour, with great vegan and vegetarian options. The service was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Definitely coming back.

I was disappointed with my recent order despite reading positive reviews online. We ordered two Pad Thai dishes with added sirloin, which unfortunately tasted bland and dry. The sirloin was tough, and the dish lacked sufficient sauce, as evident in the attached photo. While we appreciated the generous portion of beef, its texture and flavor were too difficult to eat. My son's Mac and Cheese, while a bit better, was also under-seasoned, with insufficient crispy beef. As a Canadian company, I had high expectations, but our experience fell short.

Honestly walking in i almost took my food to go, decided to stay inside instead with my wife, Chetan was very hospitable and answered all our questions. While eating they checked on us, asked us if the heat was too hot if they could offer anything to help sweeten it for my wife. Felt like a dine in restaurant experience. My only gripe was that I ordered crispy Shanghai chicken box, and the display overhead did not mention peanuts or some other toppings. I would expect to be notified of potential allergens when they are not displayed on the overhead menu. I was promptly shown a brochure that shows the extra ingredients, and offered to have my order remade at no cost, witch was a kind gesture I declined. Overall a good experience, I've been here before and will likely come back. Please add some soups ♡

I've visited the noodle box about 4 times in the past 2 weeks. The real food for the right price pulls us back! The Thai style chow mein box has to be my favourite at this point! My grandmother really enjoyed the honey garlic! I like to try something new each time we go so last time I tried the mac& cheese Bombay. Packed with flavour I feel it was a little over powering for my liking but it wasn't bad!! The kids meal noodle box is the perfect portion size for even my 15 year old daughter & she loved it! The young girl who runs the counter is super welcoming and so helpful when deciding what to get for your first time! (I should of asked her name by now 🤦🏼‍♀️) It's the cutest little restaurant with a small eat in area, however last time it was raining they had quite a few roof leaks inside with no buckets catching it so the floor was soaked :( Over all quality of food is amazing and customer service spot on! I would highly recommend trying! ❤️
