Please learn how to talk to customers! The guy literally was yelling at me when I was just asking simple questions! I don’t understand how you’ll are in business! DO BETTER!!!

Read a few reviews, but decided to find out for myself. Called and asked for trade/cash pricing on a 1" ball valve. Cost was 150% over competition. When mentioned, order desk couldn't have cared less and then hung up on me. Based on the few times management responds to reviews I suspect this is a corporate cultural matter in addition to a person who is simply rude.

We were looking for a ceramic cartridge for a tap and went to Noble - the gentleman could not have been LESS helpful - zero interest in assisting or even being courteous - I believe the direct quote was "you have about a 1 in a 1000 shot pal" in reference to determining the exact size. I'd say try elsewhere if you need plumbing supplies.

They were not helpful when a part we purchased from them ended up having a broken component. Went to a hardware store and they easily replaced the component for us.
