I’ve been a long time client, and my experience at this salon has always been exceptional. Maria is incredibly talented, knowledgeable, patient and is honest about what can realistically be achieved with my hair type. The entire team is super friendly and with the recent addition of Samantha you get a real sense of teamwork that creates a positive energy throughout the salon. After many years as a client, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend.

My first time and Nino is my new best friend. He did my hair exactly like the pictures I showed him and I am so pleased. I was a little shy at first but thanks to Maria (and Nina - another client) by the time I was finished it was like sitting around with a bunch of old friends.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience with Nino D’Ambra Hair and Aesthetics, particularly Maria. Finding a hairstylist who knows how to work with my 4a-4b tight curls has always been a challenge, so when I first came in wanting bangs I was greeted by a team that was genuinely warm, welcoming, and clearly knowledgeable on curly hair. Maria has consistently exceeded my expectations. I’ve never walked out feeling disappointed, ignored, or anything less than amazed with the results. My hair has never looked better, and I can’t picture myself without my bangs and afro now. I’ve been back twice since that first appointment and plan to keep returning because finding someone who’s willing and able to cut curly hair properly and is extremely nice and friendly is honestly such a rare thing. If you have coiled hair and need someone who is a talented curly hair specialist, Maria is your person.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
