What a great spot. We stayed two nights for Grandchildren hockey tournament and walked to the ice wine festival. Checkin and out super easy and paperless. Very very friendly staff. Breakfast was listed as continental which was great but it included a hot breakfast cooked by the chef!

Super easy to find the place. Cute restaurant and yummy breakfast 🥞 🥚🍳 🥓. Working distance to Tim Hortons, restaurants, gas station. Very close to the center of the town! The staff is very nice and friendly!

We stayed for one night for a friend’s wedding. Check-in and check-out were both smooth. The room was very clean and quiet. Breakfast was included, and it was freshly prepared by the chef, which was amazingly good, especially their house fries! Everyone was kind, and the service was excellent. I definitely recommend this place if you’re in the area!

We stayed here recently and, unfortunately, the experience was mixed. The biggest issue was the noise — the walls are paper thin, and on Saturday night there was a loud crowd partying in the hallways, blasting music and yelling late into the night. There were no staff onsite to manage the situation, which made it especially frustrating. That lack of onsite staff was a recurring theme. There’s no front desk, and all communication is done via email. While staff were polite and responsive, it’s not ideal when you need something urgently or have a problem in the middle of the night. Our room itself was clean but extremely dry and hot. The in-suite AC unit didn’t do much to cool the space, and it was very loud — we woke up each morning with sore throats, which I suspect was due to the air quality. On the positive side, the staff did acknowledge our anniversary with a complimentary bottle of wine, which was a lovely touch. Breakfast was slightly better than your typical continental spread, though nothing particularly special. Overall, I think the price is steep for what you get. While it’s cheaper than some hotels on Queen Street, it’s roughly the same price as the Best Western next door — and at least there, you get the perks of a standard hotel: front desk staff, daily cleaning, and better soundproofing.

Spent a weekend there with my wife. Everything was fantastic! Rooms were very clean. Service was great. Breakfast the next morning was made to order and was fantastic. Great personalized service. Very close to the historic/tourist area on Queen St along with multiple wineries close by. I look forward to staying there again!
