We recently had our kitchen cabinets refinished by Nine Lives and they are beautiful. The Chantilly Lace finish really brightens our kitchen. The entire process only took a few days. Kevin was easy to work with and the cabinet refinishing schedule fit in nicely with our other reno work in the kitchen. From the moment we walked in to Nine Lives, we knew we had found special talented people, who cared about what we wanted to achieve with our antique furniture. Carolyn, Kevin, Dwayne and the rest of the team did a superb job. Always checking to see that they had understood our evolving project. Each of them are so talented in achieving the best look for the furniture. We had this very old kitchen table from the early 1900s, that needed a facelift. All of them worked on the project and added things that elevated the tables, chairs and wall units to an unbelievable finished product. When Kevin arrived with some of the completed furniture, he said you can’t put those store bought chairs with that beautiful table. I’m going to take them back to the shop and spray them to match the table. We couldn’t believe our eyes as we saw the brand new chairs going onto the truck. He took the chairs apart stained the seats to match the top of the table and spray-painted the rest of the chairs so that they matched our gorgeous table. That was the right thing to do but at the time we couldn’t see it. Thank you Kevin for being so honest and knowing it was the right thing to do. Carolyn worked her magic with bringing all the carving to life and she worked very closely with me picking the perfect colour of paint for all the pieces of furniture. I can’t stress enough, that if you have furniture that has sentimental value and means something to you, this is the place to bring it. Kevin and Carolyn & the Nine Lives team are the people who will work their magic and bring your treasured pieces back to life. Thanks again!!
