Food was great, service friendly, only issue is the lack of washrooms for people sitting and eating, no way to wash your hands either. In the middle of winter in a quiet weekday afternoon, it's not so convenient to run out behind the liquor store, as suggested.

This lovely stop in Niagara-on-the-Lake! is an absolute gem. The ice cream selection is very good — natural, not overly sugary, and full of flavor. Everything tasted amazing. The gelato is rich and creamy, and the pastries are fresh and beautifully made. You can really tell everything is crafted with care and quality ingredients. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, and the staff are friendly and happy to help with recommendations. A perfect place to treat yourself while strolling through town — I’ll definitely be back!

I couldn't resist trying the pistachio gelato (hands down the creamiest and most flavorful I've ever had), paired with a flaky almond croissant and a perfectly pulled espresso. Everything was bursting with authentic taste, and the textures were spot-on. They even have fantastic keto and gluten-free options, making it inclusive for everyone. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, adding to the warm, welcoming vibe. Prices are reasonable for the quality, especially in such a touristy area. This is a gelato shop with great favours of ice-cream and pastries. Personally I think it is better than the famous one next door. My daughter and friends ordered ice-cream with cone and I ordered an affogato for myself. Absolutely delicious.
