The UNfriendly b in this store - long black hair, looked at me 2 separate times - without smiling (does she EVER with that face?) or Greeting me/us. (We have shopped in the store previously, but NEVER again. Congrats on LOSING a client who has over 25 Robert Graham shirts, a Luxury Evening Jacket, Rbt Graham, and RG shoes, boots, etc., etc.) (NY Eve 2025)

We purchased a shirt there and somehow, it was lost before we returned back to our hotel. It's a very long story which I won't go into the details, but what is most important is that Manager Gillian, and her staff have done everything humanly possible to retrieve this shirt. I can happily report it is now on it's way to us in the United States. The store has gorgeous merchandise and their staff is THE BEST!!!

What a fantastic experience!! We were in the area celebrating a wedding and found ourselves with a "clothing emergency". We reached out to the staff at Nikolas and they were wonderful. Their staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Great selection. Great atmosphere. Patient and professional staff. I highly recommend. Thank you for your help.

I went to Niagara on the Lake a couple weeks ago and I came across a store called Nikolas. I loved the quality of the leather jackets, shirts and shoes. I was in heaven. Most of all i loved the service. A blonde lady (looked like she was the owner) was great. She was so helpful and very patient with me as I am fairly picky about my clothes. I bought a leather jacket for myself.and a coat for my husband. Loved the quality, feels like butter and most of all we received 5 star service. Can’t wait to go back and I wish they had a store closer to me in Vaughan, Ontario. I definitely recommend Nikolas store.
