I’m not sure why they moved the Amazon scan and go returns from the front checkout over to the pack and ship area. There’s 3 people working behind the checkout who don’t look particularly busy, meanwhile the man packing up boxes and helping customers print etc is alone. What was an efficient quick return option has become a painful wait. Time to suck it up at Canada post again.
View on GoogleI came to return an item and told a superior Girl Isabella who was extremely rude and asked her to locate my receipt with their system as I lost it and I got my item 6 days back, previously one other manager was able to locate it for me and gave me a replacement, this time Isabella was extremely rude and told me to keep my belongings more carefully next time, when I told her I only need a replacement of my product since current one was not working properly she asked me to leave the store or else she would call police, I will never return to this location due to a service that was provided. Such an awful customer service provided by Isabella
View on GoogleI am right now standing in line at the print shop. I came into get 6 letter sized pages ( one sided) laminated. There is one man on this side and 2 ladies in the pack and ship side. I dropped my items off after waiting for a long long time .. since 4.30. I was told to wander around as it takes a while. The lady said she would recognize me! Well guess what .. it's now 5.08 and she's no where in site. I always go to st Catharine's staples ( I live in NF) and I contemplated going there .. I should have. This is actually ridiculous I'm so annoyed, my time is important. You just lost a customer.
View on GoogleI placed an order on Wednesday January 28. It was never processed, so I called the Niagara Falls stored on Sunday February 1. Shelby told me they could not fill the order because they could not find it, but confirmed they have the item for pick up. She said she would fill the order and I can come get it today. Never received an email for pick up. I went into the Niagara Falls location on Monday February 2 and dealt with Monique. She called customer service who confirmed the issues and confirmed they would refund me for the online order. So I purchased the item again at the cashier. Then on February 3, I recieve an email that my online order is ready for pick up. So now the preauthorized hold has went through. And I purchased the item a day prior in-store. I hate this location and will be disputing the charges with my credit card company.
View on GoogleI come to this Staples location often because I need to ship a lot for my business, and the staff here are always wonderful. They’re helpful, patient, and handle a lot of BS with the limited staffing they have. I really appreciate them. That said, Staples needs to hire more people. I overheard an employee mention they were an hour late for their lunch break which is no way to treat your hard working staff. With Staples essentially acting as a Canada Post outlet on top of all their regular duties, it’s clear the team is stretched thin. The employees are doing their best, but the company needs to support them better.
