I have no words for the lack of service at this clinic. The receptionist should not be working there anymore. They do not answer the phone and even hang up during business hours. The only way to speak with someone is to go there in person. I do not recommend this clinic at all. In addition, they mishandled my medical paperwork, creating confusion, stress, and delays. I still haven't solved anything, because there is no way to talk to them.

The level of customer service from the front desk staff is awful! This use to be the best clinic to come to! If you hate your job don’t do it! The world is already a crappy place to be in! We get it, you deal with sick people all day, it’s not an easy job, but having a simple smile and some customer service can go a long way!!!!!

RECEPTIONIST NEEDS TO BE REPLACED THE BLACK LADY I’ve never felt so unwelcome in a medical setting. The receptionist at this walk-in clinic was dismissive, unprofessional, and seemed completely uninterested in helping patients. When I asked simple questions about wait times and check-in procedures, I was met with eye-rolling, short responses, and a visibly irritated attitude. It’s stressful enough to visit a clinic when you’re not feeling well, and the last thing anyone needs is to be treated like an inconvenience. A little courtesy and clear communication would have gone a long way, but instead the interaction felt rude and careless. Moreover, The doctor's hands trembling when he examines the patient. I hope the clinic addresses this, because the front desk is the first impression—and right now, it’s a very poor one. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

You're better off driving there to get a response from them, quicker than calling. The people are nice when there. No option to leave voicemail and it's common after waiting 20+ minutes for them to drop your call instead of pick it up unfortunately so don't waste your time when they'll waste yours on the phone typically. Got a call yesterday but they didn't leave a voicemail even saying who it was, after their typical hours so somebody is probably struggling to stay on top of their job unfortunately. Just speaking honestly on my experience and I hope this helps others, just head on in instead.

I’ve had to visit this clinic six times just to complete a simple TB test for school and obtain the required signatures. After waiting over an hour and 45 minutes on one visit only to be told to return days later with nothing done that day, the experience continued to decline. The receptionist was dismissive and unprofessional, cutting me off while I tried to explain my situation and even saying they “won’t take me with my attitude.” I was not being mean in any way. This was not my mistake. I was also made to pay, despite being told earlier I wouldn’t need to since this was for testing for school. To make matters worse, I watched the receptionist Google my vaccines because I’m from the U.S., questioning them as though she were the doctor. It felt belittling and inappropriate. On my sixth visit, I waited again almost 2 hours while they took people who arrived after me first. It genuinely felt like the delay was intentional, which made the entire experience even more upsetting. The doctor WAS nice though will say this. This whole process has been disorganized, frustrating, and stressful. I won’t be returning and cannot recommend this clinic to anyone expecting professionalism, respect, or basic courtesy.
