Very impressed with the care and treatment I received at the Niagara Vascular Clinic. Dr. Durant and Dr. Harlock are not only caring and compassionate but also experienced and conscientious doctors. Also, the technicians and receptionist(Robin) do a phenomenal scheduling appointment and doing tests.

Dr. Durant himself is a great surgeon and has a wonderful rapport with patients. Unfortunately, the receptionist who is currently filling a mat leave for him is not a caring individual. She has no patient rapport or understanding of one's concerns for their physical problems. She is rude and ill-mannered. Not a pleasant person in the least.
