Niagara Truck Repair and Tire

Our truck has a radiator heat up issue and the mechanic came to my location which was about 15 mins away, he checked the truck and advised that I drive to the shop, they barely checked the truck and the issue which was about 30 mins I purchased 4 coolant that was about 100$. But they billed me 400$ for 45 mins of work. They said they have to charge 2 hrs of work. This is very unfair and a horrible experience to deal with. We are very dissatisfied

This is the worst mechanic I have ever been with I quit my trucking company because of them. Who ever work there including the owner don’t know or have any clue about fixing truck they’ll keep your truck for long time plus charge you a lot for basically nothing. They only can be good for oil and tire change no engine job. I took my truck to them driving it for them to check it ,had an issue with the head casket they empty the oil and cooling to check and they couldn’t see any issues or metal in the oil, so they drove it outside without oil in it when I came to see I couldn’t start the engine anymore so I said to them to fix it for me, they took 3 months to fix it and charged me 13k and guess what after fixing it I got lots of issues in the engine start leaking oil and cooling I had to spend another $5 k on it . Please whom ever want to take their trucks to this worse mechanic ever I tell you to think 1000 times in what I say here honestly I wish to rate 0star but no option for it .

Well below are the pictures of your cleanup after the repair, And as far as air leak is concerned, to me it seemed one of the airline is leaking, showed it to the guy where is it(it was air tank though from the same spot)so it doesn’t took any of time at all, They replaced the filter visible in 2nd picture and i doubt it took them long to find out if its the filter which is leaking, Thats all.
