Had an issue with my truck cap not closing properly. The guys there were able to get the door to close and replaced the brackets that were holding the cap down. Was in and out of the shop about 45 mins. Great service and great guys!

I purchased a Lo-Pro TRUXEDO Tonneau cover almost 10 years ago from Doug & his staff at NTNS. After 10 yrs my vinyl has seen better days. I called Doug for replacement & install and he informed me there was a lifetime warranty. I said there was no way I had the original receipt and he not to worry I’ll have all your information. Doug contacted TRUXEDO the same day for all the replacement parts required under my warranty. After doing so called me back and informed me it was all done and being shipped out 7-10 days and he would call me back for an install appt. Can’t say enough about the service I had 10 years ago and yet again here we are!!!! Thanks NTNS for everything would not have been covered under warranty without you guys. Outstanding service!!!

My tonneau cover had seen better days. I needed something waterproof and was told a cap wasn't it and that what I want is a 1 piece bed cover. I'm very happy with my purchase. It's solid and gorgeous looking. They also installed it on site in less than an hour. I was happy with the advice I received over the phone. I'm grateful to them for narrowing down what I was searching for as I'm prone to going down retail rabbit holes. No abandoned shopping cart to deal with this time, just one satisfied customer.
